Care
Cole & Son’s non-woven wallpapers are sponge wipeable with a soft damp cloth and no agent or detergent. We do not recommend attempting to wipe our silk, grasscloth or flock wallpapers.

Delivery & Returns
Final delivery costs are calculated at checkout according to the product(s) you are purchasing as well as their weight.
International Shipping:
Express Delivery – Your order will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid within 1-3 working days, depending where you are in the world.
Samples:
Wallpaper & fabric samples can be purchased nationwide as well as internationally. These are sent via Royal Mail and therefore will not have a tracking number. Please note, international sample orders are not currently dispatched with duties & taxes paid. This is something we are working to change with our delivery partners.
Returns:
Goods can only be accepted for return by prior agreement with Cole & Son and must be returned within 14 days of order date. All rolls must be returned in a saleable condition, without damage.

Please note, this does not take into account windows, doors or other parts of your room which may affect the number of rolls required. All product dimensions can be found on product pages under ‘Details’, we recommend providing your decorator with these to ensure you have the correct number of rolls for your interior.
