Fornasetti verkleidete die Wände des Speisesaals seiner Villa am Comer See mit Muscheln und interpretierte damit eine Grotte aus dem sechzehnten Jahrhundert in der Mitte seines Jahrhunderts. Der Raum war auch mit einer zierlichen Muschel-Deckenlampe ausgestattet, die Giulia, die Ehefrau von Piero, geschaffen hatte.
Dieses Motiv findet sich in vielen Stücken des Ateliers wieder, von Kopftüchern und Vasen bis hin zu Tabletts, Spiegeln und Tischen – die Inspiration von Fornasetti kennt keine kreativen Grenzen.
Conchiglie ist eine geometrische Wiederholung von Kästchen mit Muscheln und Diamanten und steckt voller erlesener Details, die beim Betrachten des Designs jedes Mal aufs Neue inspirieren.

International Shipping:
Express Delivery – Your order will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid within 1-3 working days, depending where you are in the world.
Samples:
Wallpaper & fabric samples can be purchased nationwide as well as internationally.
Returns:
Goods can only be accepted for return by prior agreement with Cole & Son and must be returned within 14 days of order date. All rolls must be returned in a saleable condition, without damage. We cannot accept returns of cut fabrics or samples.
